Come back next year for Manatee Snorkeling Trips

Snorkel with the Manatees December through February.

Play hooky for a day and spend the morning snorkeling with the manatee!  Imagine what it is like being in the water with these “gentle giants”, watching them do their manatee thing and looking into their cute little button eyes.  I have been in the water surrounded by as many as a dozen manatee as they rest on the bottom, roll around and scratch themselves in whatever is available (including youI)

We will meet at the boat rental at 10:00 am in Homosassa Springs.  Bring mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit AND warm, dry clothes!  We’ll bring the hot chocolate! 

On the boat, we will review with you what you can and cannot do in being in the water with the manatee!  And if you need snorkel instruction, we will provide that also.

 Plan to be on the road back to your homebase at 1:30 pm or so. 

 $25 per person includes boat transportation, snorkel guide and warm up refreshments.
