- Being unstoppable in getting results
- Breaking up the barriers that stop you from having what you want
- Building a new level of trust and communication with others
We will begin with a few warm up exercises to get the blood flowing in the morning. Then it is into our first segment of the day. Your group will work through a series of challenges that will test their ability to cooperate, communicate, and collaborate effectively as a unit. The activities are designed to be safe, fun, educational and enlightening. After each initiative there will be a brief time for processing the experience. By the end of the morning the participants will begin to hear a consistent theme of what it takes to be a positive team member. Concepts such as team work, communication , cooperation, listening, strategizing, and staying focused will be explored throughout the morning.

After lunch a new dimension will be added that will build on the experiences from the morning. Now phrases such as support, trust, and positive risk taking will be added to the vocabulary. The afternoon will begin with a 45-minute session we call ground school. This is where the participants learn how to safely handle the ropes, harnesses and hardware. Now it is time to climb. All of our high elements are between 20 – 30 feet in the air.
Highlights of this segment include participants gaining self-confidence as they challenge themselves to face their fears and accomplish new feats. Some participants may be completely satisfied and prefer to remain on the ground as a part of the belay team. You get to choose your challenge.
The entire day offers many chances for reflection and applying their new experiences to other parts of their lives.
